2025 BGBB Kid's Red Carpet Book Tour & Literacy Festival - Jackson, MS

BGBB Kid’s Red Carpet Book Tour and Literacy Festival is excited to be returing to Jackson, MS for it's 4th year!! Join us for a unique and exciting experience at the Mississippi E-Center at Jackson State University (JSU) celebrating literacy with your family while discovering new books by talented authors.

Our event focuses on the belief that literacy is essential in all aspects of life. We offer interactive activities like red-carpet interviews, face painting, virtual reality, author readings, and more to spark children's literary interests.

Parents can also support Black and Brown authors by adding diverse books to their children's bookshelves, fostering a love of reading from an early age for academic and personal success.

Ordering of these tickets, you concent to the following:
