2025 Athens MLK Jr. Day Parade & Music Festival

The Annual Athens MLK Jr. Parade and Music Fest 2025 will be held January 20th, 2025 in Downtown Athens and registration is now open. This annual celebration promotes culture and diversity and the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a vibrant community. The festivities start at 2 pm (on Hull and Washington), and the parade begins at 3 pm (on Clayton Street) featuring local bands, dance groups, and community organizations, followed by a music festival showcasing diverse talent, food vendors, and family-friendly activities.

Applications and fees if required must be in by December 31st. A $25 Late will be added for applications received after December 31st.

YOUTH GROUPs have no application fees.
