The Team Captains Championship is a national-level tournament designed to recognize and reward APA team captains. It features a special format where teams of up to 5 players alternate between 8-Ball and 9-Ball racks in a modified single elimination bracket.
Teams field 3 players per match (from a 5-player roster)
The total skill level of the 3 players cannot exceed 15
Racks alternate between 8-Ball and 9-Ball, starting with 8-Ball
100% of entry fees are paid back to the top 33% of teams
Maximum field size: 384 teams
Play begins at 9AM on Thursday, August 14
Finals take place Friday evening, August 15
