2025 "COOL GHOUL" Bike Ride

Get ready, Rocky Mount! 🚴‍♂️
On Saturday, October 25th at 10:00 AM, the very first Rocky Mount Cool Ghoul Ride hits the streets! This self-paced, 7-mile ride isn’t about competition—it’s about fun, costumes, and community (costumes not required)!

✨ NEW ROUTE ALERT! We’ll roll through designated bike lanes, cruise past several city parks, and finish with a scenic stretch along the Tar River Trail.

🎃 Costumes encouraged! Dress up yourself, your helmet, or your bike to join our Halloween raffle.
🚲 Free to ride, open to all ages and skill levels.
🌭 After the ride, stick around for a free hot dog lunch, hot cider, and time to connect with fellow riders.
