2025 Allie Awards - The Unexpected

Please join Rissa Kirsch, our 2025 Event Chair, and the entire 2025 Planning Committee as we celebrate the 35th Allie Awards at Curate Event Space for a night full of rich tradition honoring amazing event professionals from Georgia and beyond.

Curate is a brand-new venue with a massive 90 ft LED wall, intelligent lighting, and a powerful line array audio system, which will make our event come to life like never before.

There are four private breakout rooms that each feature 85-inch monitors and audio that seamlessly connect to the main event area, ensuring that everyone stays engaged and connected. This will work great for green rooms and potential spaces for speakers to sit and wait for their time on stage. But that's not all – we can step outside to mingle in their patio and take in the stunning atmosphere. From start to finish, the venue’s digital event space offers a unique and unforgettable experience that our guests won't forget anytime soon.

In The Beginning

The inaugural Allie Awards was held in 1991 to an audience of 185 event professionals from the Greater Atlanta area. The event was held during a broadcast of the annual Academy Awards, with Allie awards presented during commercial breaks. That year there were few categories. Each year since, new awards have been added to acknowledge and recognize the growth and depth of Georgia’s live events industry.

Today

Over the course of the last 35 years, the Allie Awards has grown into the premiere recognition event for the live events industry – recognizing outstanding examples of quality work and creativity from event professionals throughout the State of Georgia and the Southeastern United States. This annual event demonstrates how working together for the common good of the industry promotes excellence in design, planning, and production. The Allie Awards program remains a model for industry award programs across the country.

Allie Foundation of Georgia is a Certified 501(c)(3) Public Charity supported by a volunteer Board of Directors. Proceeds from the annual event goes toward scholarships established for Georgia’s rising stars participating in collegiate level hospitality programs.
