2025 Advisors Retreat Leadership Development

Advisors play a unique role in the sorority, having to balance the Delta Tool Kit and the growth and development of collegiate members. The Advisors Training provides the regulations for assuring collegiate chapters and members are aligned with the Delta Tool Kit (Chapter Management Handbook, Code of Conduct, Ritual, Protocol and Traditions, The Pyramid Study Guide, The Membership Intake Program, The Administrative Procedures for Membership Intake, the Constitution and Bylaws, the Delta Brand Style Guide, University Guidelines, and Technology Guidelines).

The Advisors Retreat is where Advisors collaboratively build the leadership skills to undergird the Delta Tool Kit. The Advisors Tool Kit supports the intangibles of advising, from self-care and sisterhood to young adult development and support to leadership in Delta.
