About this Event
Step into 2025 with an open heart and a magnetic energy for abundance, wealth, and prosperity. The Abundance & Wealth Ritual for 2025 is a sacred gathering designed to help participants align with the energies of financial flow, material wealth, and spiritual fulfillment.
Through guided practices and a communal ritual, attendees will harness the power of intention, ancestral wisdom, and divine assistance to invite blessings of abundance into their lives. This intimate event includes personal attention to each participant, ensuring that their unique goals and circumstances are supported.
With the invocation of the goddess Oshun, known for her generosity and connection to wealth, and the honoring of ancestors, this ritual weaves divine guidance into practical manifestation. Participants will leave with clarity, empowerment, and tools to sustain their prosperity in the coming year.
Suggested items to bring for the ritual as offerings to Oshun can be any one or combination of the following items: money, honey, white gin, white rum, white wine, brass, four-lobed kola nuts, yellow or gold fabric (new), yellow flowers, or alluring essential oils.
About Your Host
Janiqwa "Iya J." Nganga is an initiated priestess of several African traditional spiritual systems. Within the Ifa Orisa system of Yoruba spirituality, she is initiated to four Òrìṣà (Orisha) which are Orunmila, Óṣun (Oshun), Yemowo (Yemoo), and Egbe. She is also a traditional Kongo priestess initiated to her personal ancestors of the Bateke tribe and the Mpungu spirit known as Nsasi.
Born in Savannah, Georgia, and raised in the Gullah Geechee low country, she includes much of her cultural background into her spiritual practices. She formally started out as a Hoodoo practitioner, next trained as a Spiritualist in Espiritismo and then progressed from there into priesthood.
She has worked with hundreds of women from around the world, guiding them on spiritual development, womb healing, and connection to the Divine Feminine/Goddess energy.
Iya J. has been declared an honorary princess of the Bateke Tribe of Brazza-Congo and the Ambassador of the Diaspora for the United Kingdoms of Africa Association. She also created a series of low content books which consist of a writing journal, coloring book, and ritual prompt book, all available on Amazon under the series "Goddess Memoirs".
