MCISD Staff will be onsite at Preschool Open Enrollment to help you complete your child's application.
The following documents are necessary to complete your child's application:
Proof of Income (only 1 needed)- 2024 W-2s; Income Tax Return; SSI, TANF, SNAP; 4 weeks of Pay Stubs
Foster Care Documentation (if applicable)
Child's Birth Certificate
Immunization Record (if available)
Proof of Residency (only 1 needed)- drivers license; bill; rent lease; etc)
*SB 133 allows children turning 4 between Sept. 2, 2025 – Dec. 1, 2025 to submit a waiver application. Space is limited based on availability and location. Enrollment may be considered after August 1, 2025.
