2024 Youth Energy Academy - Charlotte, NC

The Youth Energy Academy (“YEA”) event provides hands-on activities for high school students to increase their knowledge of careers in the energy industry and the importance Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics ("STEM") as they pursue their college and/or occupational careers.

This year’s theme is Encouraged, Enlightened, Empowered, Inspired! and will be led in-person in Charlotte, NC at the University of North Carolina Charlotte EPIC Building. The YEA will involve discussions led by college students, energy industry leaders, a take home hands-on activity, and competitions to win prizes.

Lunch will be provided during the event.

The event is open to all high students, please share to have students register by October 21st.
