Our 3rd Annual Women in the Woods immersion is designed to help you get grounded in mother nature and bounce forward into Spring. Our day retreat will be filled with yoga dance, coach-led enrichment, healthy food, honoring nature with a grace walk, play and spirit-led crafting.
