2024 Band Banquet - MAY 18TH 2024Our Band Banquet is open to every band student at West Stokes and their families
At our banquet, we bestow awards to students across multiple categories including (but not limited to):
Most improved
rookie of the year
the senior award
Most Musical
Jazz Award
John Philip Sousa band award
Additionally, we award our varsity letters for marching band at the band banquet
We always cater food from a local restaurant and enjoy fellowship together and play a slideshow of the pictures from throughout the year.
No Tickets Needed This Year
At the request of the West Stokes High School Band students, the 2024 band banquet will be a potluck event held at West Stokes High School. The Band Booster Organization will be providing Fried Chicken and Sliced Ham as well as plates, napkins, and utensils. Dewey's will be providing cake squares. Instead of selling tickets, please sign-up to bring a side dish or a beverage. We will need to have everyone RSVP so that we know how many people to plan for. Everyone eats free this year!
WE NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE COMING BEFORE MAY 5th SO WE CAN MAKE ARRAGEMENTS FOR THE ENTREES AND CAKE.
