FAQs

Will the matches start on time?

It's tennis! We can only guarantee the first match start time, other matches will immediately follow with on court entertainment in between.

What can I bring into the event?

No alcohol or food may be brought onto the premises. For your comfort we'd recommend a cushion if you're in the grandstand.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Bring either a printed or electronic version of your ticket for scanning.

Will there be door sales?

Yes, but there's a limited capacity at the event. $25 door sales - kids under 14 GO FREE

Will my ticket allow me to enter any area in the venue?

Access will only be allowed to the areas to which you have purchased your ticket. The upstairs lounge area is open to any ticket holder.

Alcohol will not be served to minors or those who are intoxicated. Water is always available. Intoxicated persons will be removed from the venue. Please limit movement during matches.
