Program Eligibility:
- Children 12 years of age or younger qualify.
- Children must be in a state, federal or assisted school lunch program.
- Parent/parents must be a resident of Washington County, PA.
Documentation:
Please bring the following items for verification:
- Health insurance/medical card, access card or free lunch authorization (for example, a letter from the school) for each child.
