All patrons must purchase a ticket for entry. Toddlers & Infants are excluded. No other exceptions.
The UTN All-American Championship Games are being played at Bobby Dodd Stadium at Georgia Tech.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
TEAM STAFF/PARENTS’/SPECTATORS’ CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY
United Tykes Network, LLC encourages good sportsmanship and behavior that is appropriate and respectful at all times. Therefore, United Tykes Network, LLC believes that all people involved in sports need to advocate and model the fundamentally positive aspects of sports, which include but are not limited to; sporting and human excellence, fair play, honest competition and effort, self-discipline, integrity, personal growth, and development.
Policy Statement
In an effort to make all sporting events a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all participants United Tykes Network, LLC has implemented a Parents’/Spectators’ Code of Conduct Policy. The Policy is designed to require parents/spectators to maintain a sportsmanlike atmosphere during all sporting events, no matter the facility. It should be noted that although coaches, officials, and athletes within the clubs have their own mechanisms in place to deal with issues relating to unacceptable or disruptive behavior, United Tykes Network, LLC expects all parties during a sporting event to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner and abide by the Policy.
We are committed to:
(a) investigating reported incidents of Unsportsmanlike conduct in an objective and timely manner;
(b) taking necessary action; and
(c) providing appropriate support for victims
Purpose
The purpose of the policy is to ensure that:
• Individuals are aware of and understand that acts deviating from the Parent / Spectator Code of Conduct Policy are considered a serious offense for which action will be imposed;
• Those subjected to or witnessing acts deviating from the Parent / Spectator Code of Conduct Policy are encouraged to access any assistance they may require in order to pursue a complaint; and
• Individuals are advised of available recourse if they are subjected to or become aware of, situations involving deviation from the Parent / Spectators Code of Conduct Policy.
Definitions
“Facility” means all fields/recreational facilities.
“Parent” means a mother or father, a guardian, or a person with whom the child ordinarily resides who has demonstrated a settled intention to treat the child as a child of his or her family.
“Spectator” is defined as any person attending a United Tykes Network, LLC sporting event, at any facility who is not participating directly in the event.
“Staff representative” means any person with managerial or administrative responsibility for the participating teams.
“Official” means any person who supervises a sporting event to ensure that the competitors obey the rules.
General
The teams’ executive representatives are responsible to ensure that Team Presidents/Executives provide the athletes’ parents with a copy of the Parents’/Spectators’ Code of Conduct Policy and ensure both parents of the athlete(s), where applicable, sign the Code of Conduct Agreement.
United Tykes Network will ensure that the expected behavior of all patrons is clearly posted at all events/functions. This will remind all patrons of proper behavior within our facility.
Team staff/Parents’/Spectators’ Code of Conduct Agreement
Team staff/Parents/ where applicable must sign the Parents’/Spectators’ Code of Conduct Agreement (see Agreement attached) The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that everyone is aware of the policy and the conduct expected while at a United Tykes Network event.
Unacceptable Behavior
Inappropriate and disruptive behavior shall include but not limited to:
1. Physical violence or threats of physical violence;
2. Use of obscene or vulgar language in a boisterous manner to anyone at any time;
3. Taunting of athletes, coaches, officials, or other spectators by means of baiting, ridiculing, threatening gestures, abusive or demeaning language;
4. Throwing of any object in the spectators’ viewing area, or athletes’ competition area, where applicable, or on the playing surface, directed in any manner as to create a safety hazard.
Right to Assistance
Any person who believes they have witnessed or been subjected to inappropriate behavior has the right to access assistance in communicating their objections and, if warranted, in pursuing the complaint more formally. Assistance can be sought through United Tykes Network and/or local authorities. When incidents of violence or harassment occur, United Tykes Network encourages immediate reporting and initiation of a formal investigation.
Consequences of the Team staff/parent(s)/spectator(s) disruptive behavior will result in the following action(s) being taken by United Tykes Network:
1. Physical abuse violations will result in immediate and permanent dismissal from all club activities.
2. Non-physical violations:
a) First violation will result in a UTN and/or Team representative speaking with the violator(s) and requesting compliance with the policy.
b) Second violation will result in an immediate ejection from the event facility. UTN and/or team representatives will meet with the individual and communicate the importance of the policy.
c) Third violation will result in the individual being banned from all UTN events.
United Tykes Network reserves the right to disqualify any organization and its team for any conduct that jeopardizes the health and safety of spectators, coaches, players, UTN staff, or facility staff. Should this occur all monies paid to UTN by the offending team/organization would be ineligible for a refund.
Payment Agreement:
The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants with respect to any aspect of a credit transaction on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex or marital status, or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract). The agency that administers compliance with this law is the Federal Trade Commission, Equal Credit Opportunity, Washington, D.C. 20580
All sales are final:
Once paid, registration fees for United Tykes Network events are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her athlete/team attendance at a UTN event, registration is transferable to another UTN event hosted by United Tykes Network LLC., so long as the registrant provides us with at least thirty (30) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer registration. Your rescheduled event must take place within one (1) year from the original seminar or event date. A transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with United Tykes Network in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone related event(s) at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone an event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed seminar shall be applicable to the rescheduled seminar on a dollar-for-dollar basis only. In the event United Tykes Network elects not to reschedule the canceled event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fee(s) already paid. United Tykes Network is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs, and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes. Event dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. By registering for an event, you acknowledge that once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable. Any right to a refund is not dependent on event cancellation.
A SIGNED CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM IS REQUIRED FROM ALL CARDHOLDERS.

COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment
Liability Waiver and Release of Claims
COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION:
While participating in events held at or sponsored by United Tykes Network, LLC d/b/a (“UTN"). "Social distancing" must be practiced, and face coverings must be worn at all times to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, United Tykes Network has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, United Tykes Network cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
In response to the ongoing spread of COVID-19, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not engage in United Tykes Network workouts, camps, football, or basketball events offered by United Tykes Network and/or other face-to-face activities. By attending a United Tykes Network Event, you certify that you do not fall into any of the following categories:
1. Individuals who currently or within the past, fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others.
2. Individuals who have traveled at any point in the past fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in the U.S. that has experienced or is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19; or
3. Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment.
DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR:
Patrons and Employees agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and, contact United Tykes Network at ([email protected]) if he/she experiences symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating or volunteering to work with United Tykes Network.
LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS:
I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation and/or attendance at United Tykes Network, and I willingly engage in a United Tykes Network Event.
RELEASE AND WAIVER.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE United Tykes Network AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE "RELEASED PARTIES"), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISES OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY.
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK.
I acknowledge and understand the following:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to an illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist.
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and
3. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm, and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm, and loss caused by the negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.
MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE.
I acknowledge the health risks associated with the Activity, including but not limited to transient dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke, or sudden death. I agree that if I experience any of these or any other symptoms during the Activity, I will discontinue my participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention. I DO HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER WHICH ARISES OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY FIRST AID, TREATMENT, OR SERVICE RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY.
As a participant, volunteer, or attendee, you recognize that your participation, involvement, and/or attendance at any fundraising event or activity ("Activity") is voluntary and may result in personal injury (including death) and/or property damage. By attending, observing, or participating in the Activity, you acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Activity, and You agree that: (a) United Tykes Network, LLC d/b/a UTN. (b) the property or site owner of the Activity, and (c) all past, present, and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, volunteers, vendors, partners, directors, and officers, of such entities (subsections (a) through (c), collectively, the "Released Parties"), will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death), property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Activity, regardless of any such injuries or losses are caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties (collectively, the "Released Claims"). BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
