The Southwestern Association annual meeting is scheduled to discuss organizational policy that may or will change.Provide reports of the Finance Committee, Sports Committee and accolades of the 2024 Competition Year.
In addition, the election of officers for the next Olympiad:
Board Positions to be elected from the members present at this meeting are the roles of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Also, the membership present will also be responsible for the ratification of the Association Bylaws.
