2024 UpPrize Social Innovation Challenge Final Showcase

Join us for an evening of innovation and inspiration at the 2024 UpPrize Final Showcase on October 17 at 5:45 pm at the August Wilson African American Culture Center. Celebrate our ten UpPrize semi-finalists and be among the first to discover which trailblazing finalists receive up to $125,000 in funding!

Our ten semi-finalists will present their solutions to community challenges, and we will announce the top three finalists, who will receive up to $125,000 to grow their businesses. Come celebrate with us as we honor our winners and the social entrepreneurship and innovation community in southwestern Pennsylvania.

The BNY UpPrize Social Innovation Challenge, fully funded by the BNY Mellon Foundation of Southwestern Pennsylvania and administered by Innovation Works, returned for a seventh year to bridge the gap between the nonprofit and entrepreneurial communities and increase the number of impactful technology-based solutions targeted to critical social challenges.

Since its launch in 2015, the BNY UpPrize Social Innovation Challenge has allocated more than $2.5 million in investments, grants, and technical assistance. The 2024 cycle will continue the mission of supporting impactful technology that improves nonprofit service delivery and the lives and experiences of people in the region.
