United Competitive Food Drive COLLECTION DAY will take place on June 7th in the Surplus Unlimited parking lot in Norwich from 11AM – 1PM. The event will benefit the Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Bank, a program of United Way of Southeastern Connecticut that helps provide food to the nearly 32,000 food insecure individuals in New London County.
This year’s competition begins May 20th with the official weigh-in collection on June 7th. Over 40 local businesses with 100 locations will compete to collect the most food.
