2024 Twin Cities Area Wiggle Your Toes Mobility Clinic

The Wiggle Your Toes Mobility Clinics are free adaptive fitness events and communities for all ambulatory mobility levels. Whether you are a recent amputee or an experienced adaptive runner—we welcome you to join us! This year, the Twin Cities Area clinic will again provide free adaptive strength and agility workouts, track workouts, distance running workouts—and offers the option to just stop by and walk the track at your own pace or meet others—throughout most weekends in December, January, February, and March.* Participants with visual impairments will be offered the use of sighted guides.

Our community will be concluding the season by running, jogging or walking Goldy's Run 5K, 10M, or .3M Kids race on April 7, 2024, for those who wish to participate! Wiggle Your Toes will be sponsoring this event. Stay tuned for race registration details to follow in January or February 2024.

• 8:30 am: Doors open! Enjoy time with other participants while you get ready.
• 9 :00 am: Clinic starts (agility, track, and strength sessions).
• 1 0:30 am: Clinic ends.

The Field House is located at 1800 University Avenue Southeast in Minneapolis, on the University of Minnesota Campus.

• If you are driving by car: Go to the University Avenue Ramp at 1926 University Avenue Southeast. Park, and walk northwest along University Avenue, past the Field House, and turn left into the entrance. Street Parking may also be available on University Avenue on the opposite side of the street from the Field House.
• If you are arriving by a ride app or a taxi: If traffic allows, you may wish to be dropped off at the entrance of the Field House. Instruct your driver to drop you off by the black sign with a maroon banner at the top. The Sign Says "Field House" and it lists the address of 1800 University Ave Se.
• If you are arriving by bus: You will be taking Metro Bus Line 2, existing at stop 16140. When you exit the bus, turn left, walk 350 feet (crossing Church Street SE)--and turn right toward the Field House Entrance.
