2024 TRIAD EXPO Vendor Request

Vendor tables are $50 for non-profits and $100 for profit companies. You must provide your own table and table covering. Spaces are limited. The payment deadline is September 19, 2024.

• Set-up time is available Wednesday evening before the event or the morning of.
• Vendors will break after the event ends, unless otherwise instructed.
• Vendors agree to be present at their time the entire time.
• Vendors agree to refrain from using electronic devices or flames.
• Vendors agree to be photographed and have their image used by TRIAD in future.
• Vendors agree to provide a door prize (minimum value of $25) on the day of the event.
• Vendors must be silent during the presentations.
