2024 Tiny Tykes Triathlon

An all abilities triathlon for children ages 3 - 8 years of age. This event is parent supported, not timed, started in heats and can be adapted to what your child needs (ie: if your child can't swim they can be supported by their accompanying adult, floatation device, etc). The bike portion is open to striders, tricycles, bicycles, bike chariots and wheel chairs. 

Please choose a catagory based on your child's ability and confidence. We want all children to gain a sense of  accomplishment. Remember this is a parent supported event. 

Tots

1 length of the pool (23 metre swim)

1/2 length of the bike course (170 metres)

1 loop of the run course (150 metres)

Tinys

2 lengths of the pool (46 metres)

1 & 1/2  lengths of the bike course (500 metres)

2 loops of the run course (300 metres)

Tykes

3 lengths of the pool (69 metres)

2 1/2 lengths of the bike course (850 metres)

3 loops of the run course (450 metres)

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

South Calgary Outdoor Pool parking lot will be available as well as street parking.
