2024 Tarrant County Heart Walk

The Tarrant County Heart Walk offers a fantastic opportunity to stay active while connecting with loved ones and colleagues. Participants can select either a 1-mile or a 3-mile route. Families are welcome to join in the fun with engaging educational activities available in the Happy Little Hearts Kid Zone. Additionally there’s a dedicated area called PAWlympics for our furry friends to participate!

Organized by the American Heart Association this event serves a vital purpose: to combat heart disease and stroke. For a century this relentless effort has led to significant medical advancements. By participating you contribute to research CPR training and equitable health initiatives ultimately saving lives and promoting longer healthier well-being.
