Join Bishop Deshotel, the Office of Justice & Peace, and Marriage & Family Life on Saturday, May 25, 2024, for a Survivors of Violence Mass. This special Mass will be held at Immaculata Center, 1408 Carmel Drive, Lafayette, at 10:00am. Please register your loved one so their name can be placed on a candle. Registrations can be taken at the door for the name of your loved one who died by violence, and a candle bearing your loved one's name will be displayed near the altar. Please arrive by 9:45am in order to register your loved ones' names.
We encourage you to bring a tabletop photo of your loved one who died by violence so that it can be displayed near the candles during the Mass. At the conclusion of the Mass, you will be invited to take the candle and photo home.
