Join Arboretum Hill Club x Sparks Street Run Cub as they mash it up for our 3rd fun FREE Sunset 6k powered by Sports4, Xact Nutrition, Marsquest and Run Ottawa:

8PM (sunset 8:55pm)

The run will start and finish at Sparks Street Run Club's home base: Bridgehead (96 Sparks St)

Post-run hydration & fuel TBD

All humans and canines (on leash) welcome.

All ages. All paces. All run clubs. Newbies welcome.

*** verrrrrrry limited street parking available in the downtown core. We recommend using the LRT (Parliament station), run, walk, cycle or paddle over.

Registration and participation is an understanding that the participant has read and accepts the following waiver (please read in full):

In consideration of your acceptance on Eventbrite and your participation in Arboretum Hill Club (AHC) and Sparks Street Run Club (SSRC) outdoor in-person events, you hereby release and covenant not to sue AHC, SSRC, Sports4, Xact Nutrition, MarsQuest, Run Ottawa and/or its leaders, for any and all present and future claims resulting from ordinary negligence and inherent risk during the AHC and SSRC outdoor events, including but not limited to, any loss, injury, damage or liability sustained by you. You acknowledge that physical exercise can be dangerous and involve risk of serious injury, paralysis and/or death. You hereby acknowledge and agree to assume responsibility for all the risks, whether identified herein or not, even those risks arising out of negligence of the release. Your participation is purely voluntary. You assume full responsibility for yourself for any bodily injury.
