2024 State University Admissions Tour – University of South Florida

The admission directors from the twelve state universities provide information to middle and high school counselors, district personnel and community-based organizations regarding admission criteria and updates from the university in general. Guests will have the opportunity to meet with staff from each school and obtain university, district and FLDOE literature. Representatives from the FLDOE and Florida Bright Futures will also provide updates.

Counselors must register through Eventbrite in order to ensure admission to the event.
Parking: Attendees should plan to park in the Crescent Hill Garage or Leroy Collins Garage. The Crescent Hill Garage is located close to the Marshall Student Center for guests who enter campus from the entrance on Fletcher Ave. The Leroy Collins Garage is for guests who enter campus from the main/front entrance on Fowler Ave. Signs or greeters will direct you to the Marshall Student Center from both garages. While we make every effort to ensure our guests have ample parking, we will experience heavy traffic during the first two weeks of the semester. Please plan accordingly. Finding parking for late arrivals may be difficult. Please plan ahead for Hillsborough County commuting traffic.

Directions to USF from Interstate 275

Take exit 34 which is SR 582, Fowler Ave. Travel east on Fowler Ave. approximately 3 miles. The main entrance to the university is on the left side of Fowler Ave. Visitor parking permits may be obtained at the Campus Information Center which is the first small building on the right after entering the campus. At the first traffic light after the Campus Information Center, turn right onto Alumni Drive. Look for the CIS Building on the left.

Directions to USF from Interstate 75

Take the Fowler Ave. exit. Travel west on Fowler Ave. approximately 3.5 miles. The main entrance to the university is on the right side of Fowler Ave. Visitor parking permits may be obtained at the Campus Information Center which is the first small building on the right after entering the campus. At the first traffic light after the Campus Information Center, turn right onto Alumni Drive. Look for the CIS Building on the left.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is this okay? Participant names must be listed on our attendance sheet. Participants must register on Eventbrite in order to be on the list. Some school districts collect names of those planning on attending. This is not registration for the event. Registration through Eventbrite is based on room capacity and fire marshal standards. Those not on our registration list may find that they are unable to be admitted.
