The Spotlight Dinner is Women's Demo annual signature event where we come together and celebrate wonderful public servants. The theme for this year is "Breaking Barriers" and our honorees definitely fit that category. We are delighted to announce a new award this year - the Frances Perkins Award - which is given to a member of Labor. This year's honorees are:
