The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Denver Metro Post (DMP) is hosting our 8th Annual Design and Construction Issues at Hazardous Waste Sites Symposium (DCHWS) - West. This will be a 2 -1/2 day event providing the latest techniques and challenges when working at Hazardous Waste sites.

We encourage 2023 DCHWS-West Conference attendees to register and book lodging early. The SAME DMP has made a financial commitment to the Grand Hyatt regarding use of lodging at the hotel during the conference (i.e., conference room block); please help us meet our financial commitment to the Grand Hyatt by booking your lodging using the conference room block:

Sponsors will be recognized throughout the conference via announcements and banners. The earlier you sponsor, the sooner your name is included in the promotional materials. Sponsorships are an important mechanism to cover the expense of the free registration for our government partners.

Guidebook Sponsor (Only 1 Available!) $1,500 - Your company logo will be prominently displayed in the App. Your company logo will also be posted on the website and recognized at the welcoming / closing remarks.

Panel Sponsor (Only 6 Available!) $1,500 - You company logo and overview will be recognized during the panel you are sponsoring. Your company logo will also be posted on the website and recognized at the welcoming / closing remarks.

Break Sponsors (Only 4 Breaks Available!) $1,250 - You company logo will be recognized and logo presented prior to each break. Your company logo will also be posted on the website and recognized at the welcoming / closing remarks.

General Event Sponsor (Unlimited!) $550 - Your company logo will be posted on the website and recognized at the welcoming / closing remarks.

Internet/Wifi Name Sponsor (Only 1 Available!) $1,500 - Sponsorship includes company name being used as the Wi-Fi password. Your company logo will also be posted on the website and recognized at the welcoming / closing remarks.

Evening Reception Sponsor (Only 3 Available!) $1,500 - Sponsorship includes signage with company logo posted at both the Wednesday and Thursday evening receptions. Your company logo will also be posted on the website and recognized at the welcoming / closing remarks.

In order for your logo to be included in event materials, we are encouraging sponsors to register early but no later than October 1st. Once you have registered, the Post will send an email to you requesting your logo, a point of contact name and phone number (if different from person registering), and a brief description of about your firm for event materials.
