2024 SLCC Free Community Portraits

SLCC's School of Arts, Communication & Media is excited to offer free studio portraits for community members and families by SLCC photography students on Friday, Dec. 6 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the SLCC South City Campus (1575 S. State Street).

This event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required, with limited time slots available. Please select from the available times by pressing the Get Tickets button and complete requested information.

Each photo slot runs for 8 minutes; participants should plan on arriving at least 5 minutes before their selected time - due to time limitations, missed appointments cannot be rescheduled. Please select just one time slot for each group and plan on being ready for your portrait session as soon as each time slot begins.

Portraits will be in front of a simple backdrop, with photo composition from the knee up or closer. Participants will receive one free printed photo, and will have digital copies emailed after the event. Parking is available for free in any of the yellow, non-metered spots on the east side of South City Campus.
