This year's event will be held on Sunday, 29th September from 11am-3pm across various locations in the village. The festival will include a scarecrow trail, unveiling of a new village noticeboard, raffle, cake stalls, ice creams, teas & coffees, lunches, games, crafts, tombola, and more. Proceeds will go to the Shipton Playground Fund. There will also be a 'Scarecrow Syndicate' with a chance to win a prize for anyone who makes and enters a scarecrow as part of the trail. Donations of raffle or tombola prizes, baked goods, scarecrow entries, and help with the event can be coordinated through [email protected].
