Homecoming is a time-honored tradition that unites our Texan community, giving alumni the perfect opportunity to reminisce and reconnect with old friends. Join us on Friday, October 25, as we kick off the festivities with the Sam Houston High School Homecoming Tailgate at 4:30 p.m., followed by the exciting Varsity football game where the Texans will face off against the Grand Prairie High School Gophers at 7:00 p.m.Come out and enjoy great company, food, and fun!
Volunteers Needed! The SHHS Alumni Association will be sponsoring hot dogs, chips, and bottled water, and we are seeking volunteers to help grill and serve. If you'd like to be part of the team, please email [email protected].

Arlington ISD has gone cashless for all sporting events this year. All tickets for games must be purchased through GoFan.co.
Ticket prices for the 2024-25 school year will remain the same for all high school and junior high games. For varsity Class 6A football games, tickets will be $6 for adults and $4 for students until 5 p.m. on game day. For 5A games, tickets are $5 for adults and students until 1 p.m. on game day.
