4th annual Roger tully memorial strongman competition. The format will be a bit different this year in that it will be a 3 event comp based off of variations of powerlifting and will be scored by total weight lifted of your best attempt on each event. Zercher sqaut for max using the zercher pad from ab mat. You will take this out of a rack and go down until you break parallel-we will have a apparatus for this that you will measure in at check in.
Low incline log press-will start on blocks and you will roll it onto your chest and press it to lockout until you get a down command. It will be on the lowest incline setting on a combo bench
Trap bar deadlift for max weight-will be a high handle-12” pick trap bar handle-straps allowed, no figure 8s
