Description

To support our young adults to thrive in the community and lead enriching lives, our pilot programme offers a trio of interesting activities including a recess break.

Activity 1 - Through sensory play, members will learn about road safety and commuting within the community.

Activity 2 - During recess, members will learn basic money management skills and purchase their own snack and drink at the school canteen.

Activity 3 - Members will be exposed to active music making as a handbells/resonator bells ensemble, to engage them cognitively, physically, and socially.

IMPORTANT

Members can only be accompanied by 1 caregiver except for members who require 2 caregivers’ assistance.

Little Changemakers designs and develops hands-on and experiential educational materials. We celebrate and value the process of creation and experiment rather than focusing on the outcome.

We co-create with individuals and communities from different backgrounds and of different abilities to better understand a broad range of needs so we can create products that are accessible.

Music Solutions is a social enterprise which offers tailored music enrichment programs. They aim to inspire and educate participants while fostering a lifelong appreciation for the arts and music in a supportive and engaging environment.
