PWSA of Minnesota invites you to the 2024 Prader-Willi Golf Scramble!
Oak Glen Golf Course | 1599 McKusick Road N, Stillwater, MN 55082
Registration Starts at 10:00 AM
Shotgun Start at 12:00 PM
Awards, Dinner and Prizes around 5:30 PM
Not a golfer? Come and join us for dinner! Those registering for dinner should plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to give yourself plenty of time to look over all of the amazing raffle items we will have.
Cost:
$160/golfer (includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental, dinner and more!)
$50 dinner only
Special Offer for those paying via check or credit by April 10th:
$155/golfer if payment is received by April 10th
$45 if payment is received by April 10th
Sponsorship:
$250 hole sponsor (18x12 sign)
$500 hole sponsor (27x18 sign)
Please let us know what you would like your hole sponsorship sign to say.
To ensure adequate supplies of dinner and carts, we must receive your registration no later than April 30, 2024.
