2024 Pump Up For Pink!

Come work out with us on October 21st and join the fight against cancer! Registration is $30.00 and all proceeds will go to Cancer Care Institute and those who continue to fight against cancer everyday.

We will be holding a 4-part workout that will include Restorative Yoga, Pillar Plus, EXOS Thrive, and Regeneration. We will be providing pink recovery smoothies for a post-workout refresh and discuss how nutrition can impact and improve your journey beyond cancer.

Participation in any of the physical activity events is encouraged but not required, you are able to do as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Pump Up For Pink! is about camaraderie between those who have been impacted by cancer and the shared goal of survival.

9:30-10:00 Check-in + Meet & Greet

10:00-10:25 Restorative Yoga with Kalli

10:30-10:55 Pillar Plus with Fran

11:00-11:25 Thrive with Kyle

11:30-12:00 Prizes & Pink Smoothie Time!

Prizes to be given away at the end of the event during Smoothie Time!
