2024 Princeton Green House Tour: The Hello Sunshine and Goodbye Gas House

Join us for an exciting in-person event, the 2024 Princeton Green House Tour. Please note, tickets are required to go inside the homes. Exact location to be provided via email to ticket-holders a day before the event. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR ONLY ONE HOUSE IN ANY GIVEN TIME SLOT.

This ticket is to tour the home, nicknamed The Hello Sunshine and Goodbye Gas House. This home is working on becoming fully electrified! The name of this home comes from saying goodbye to natural gas and installing a solar roof that powers all the electric appliances and vehicles in the home. Interesting features in this house include a geothermal heat pump, an induction cooktop, and a rooftop solar array with backup lithium-phosphate batteries. Some of the features of this house are:

Please note: these tours take place in residential properties. None of the homes are ADA-accessible. Attendees should be physically able to climb at least one flight of stairs.
