2024 Pressing the Pieces Together

“Pressing the Pieces Together” is a bench press only contest with the proceeds going to benefit the Get On Track, a new non-profit that has the goal of raising money to help off-set the cost of fitness and related services for individuals on the autism spectrum and related developmental disorders. In addition to entering the contest, we are asking each lifter to set-up an individual fundraising account on on GiveLively.org with a goal of raising a minimum of $100. Lifters will be emailed instructions on how to set-up an individual fundraising page once registraiton is completed.

Lifting Session: Saturday, April 27, 2024 @ 4:00 p.m. Rules Meeting 3:00 p.m.

Sanction/Rules: Sanctioned by the APF/AAPF. Check www.worldpowerliftingcongress.com for information and rulebook. For the Raw division, only a belt and wrist wraps are allowed. One piece lifting suit required for all lifters on all lifts.

Weigh-ins: Friday, April 26 - 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, April 27 - 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

--> All weigh-ins will take place at Lombard Strength & Fitness

Eligibility: Open to all APF/AAPF members. Lifters can purchase / renew a membership online at www.worldpowerliftingcongress.com. Memberships will not be sold at the weigh-ins / at the meet site.

Entry Fee: The entry fee is $60 for bench. Lifters wanting to enter multiple divisions will need to pay a $50 crossover fee per each additional division. NO REFUNDS. *Please go the "Add On" tab in the tickets to purchase t-shirts and crossovers.*

Meet T-Shirts: Official meet t-shirts are available for pre-order for $30 - include with entry form and mark size(s) - only limited numbers of t-shirts will be available at the meet.

Deadline: The entry deadline is April 8. 2024

- Meet is capped at the first 60 lifters.

- Late entries, if any are accepted, will be charged a $20 late fee.

- No late entries will be accepted at the weigh-ins or the day of the meet.

Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 fundraisers.

Women: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, UNL

Sanctions: APF & AAPF (drug tested)
