USA Wrestling presents the Northern Plains Regional Championship, May 10-12, 2024. This event will take place at the UCR Fieldhouse, RCTC Campus, Rochester MN, and is a qualifier for the 2024 Junior and 16U National Championships in Fargo, ND, and for Kids Nationals in the 8U through 14U divisions.
Northern Plains Regional offers athletes in 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U & Juniors a chance to compete against some of the best wrestlers in the country. The Northern Plains Regionals offer men and women an opportunity to compete in Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles. This event is a great preparation for both Kids Nationals and 16U/Junior National Championships.
