2024 NORTHERN PLAINS CHAPTER MEETING VENDOR REGISTRATION

Please consider joining us at the 2024 NPC Annual Fall Seminar. We diligently seek to find the current and best products for our patients. Your participation allows us to gain familiarity with your products and helps to further our business relationship.

AGAIN FOR THIS YEARS ONLINE VENDOR REGISTRATION: Due to growth and popularity of this meeting we ask that you register early. There are 32 spots available at this time. One 6' table with table skirt (1 person per table, extra person= extra charge) will be provided at the meeting per company, due to space constraints with the exception of our reception sponsors.

HOTEL ROOMS: Individuals will be making their own reservations via a group booking site, HiltonLink, or by calling the reservations department directly at 844-856-8554 by September 13, 2024. After this date, any uncommitted rooms will be released.

SHIPPING AND RECIEVING: The first ten (10) boxes are held at no charge up to 48 hours prior to your meeting date. There will be a $2.50 charge for each box numbering above ten. Shipments arriving prior to 48 hours must be approved and are subject to a storage fee (per hotel policy)

THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ARANGE SHIPPING THEM BACK OUT. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO ARANGE YOUR OWN SHIPPING.
