The "Abundance and Self Love" theme will be explored throughout the day + during the Sound Bath, as we gently clear the parts of ourselves that may be blocked from receiving. It's all about self love, letting go of a 'Scarcity' mindset and being open to abundance in 2023! Get out of your own way. I'm honoured to hold space for you as we do this work!

***What to expect***

~ Deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga journey

~ Intuitive Crystal Singing Bowl, Voice + Wind Chime Sound Healing

~ Guided journaling exercises

~ Opening + Closing sharing circle (sharing is always optional)

~ Herbal tea

~ Vegan + gluten-free snacks

~ Community

~ All props provided. Optional to bring your own 2nd yoga mat (if you like to double up on yoga mats for your comfort), extra blanket (if you know you get extra cold), etc. We will be sitting on the floor for part of the event, there will be chairs provided if needed.
