Come to the Michigan Association of Senior Center’s training and learn from the “boots-on-the-ground” directors who have been in your shoes!
Our practitioners will share:
- Expectations (for programming, staffing, facilities, fiscal management, Boards, etc.)
- Fundraising (how to use what you have and how to raise $ for the future)
- Board/Administration Management (the “7 dwarfs principal”, dealing with the day-to-day)
- Policies/Procedures (you need to be prepared for everything, we’ll help)
- Programming (for the elderly, the not-so elderly, and those who don’t think they qualify for either).
Cost is $45 for MASC members , $55 non members . Lunch is provided.
