OST Program Quality Made Easy
Continuous Quality Improvement doesn't have to be arduous or intimidating. This session will cover the Nevada OST Program Quality Self Assessment Tool - a free benefit for NAN Members. We'll show you how you and your team can use the toolkit to assess your program's quality in 4 different categories, and how easy it is for you to create an action plan for quality improvement. You'll get to hear from NAN's technical support staff about how the tool is already helping programs capitalize on opportunities for quality improvement and how the Network can support your program in its quality improvement efforts.
Taking Action! Power of OST Delegates Panel
During this panel-style webinar, our esteemed Power of OST Delegates will discuss their experiences as Delegates, share effective advocacy strategies, talk about relevant OST-related topics, and answer your questions. Delegates have spent the last few months honing their skills as advocates by attending monthly trainings with expert guest speakers, working on plans to Take Action, and participating in the Afterschool for All Challenge in DC. Hear directly from your fellow OST professionals about their successful advocacy journeys and connect with peers in the field to gain valuable knowledge to enhance your advocacy efforts.
Speakers: Power of OST Delegates: Monika Bharti, Cristan Underwood, Kate McLaughlin, Dr. Linda Johnson-McClinton, Lisa Tovar, Tammy Haddad (Facilitated by Kendra Gipson and Taylor Zimney)
