2024 National Reparations Summit - Media Press Application

Dear Media Provider,

Thank you for your interest in joining us for the National Reparations Summit being held by the American Descendants of Slavery (ADOS) Advocacy Foundation, occurring October 3 through October 5 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana.

To ensure complete processing and acceptance of your application, please read and accept the ‘terms and conditions’ and the ‘code of conduct’ before submitting your full media press package payment online. Additionally, within thirty (30) days of receiving your DocuSign forms, you will need to sign and complete the ‘terms and conditions’ AND the ‘code of conduct’ AND submit a passport-size photograph for each participating registrant associated with your organization (PNG format preferred). Note: Media providers must list both registrants (If two registrants) before submission and approval. All application materials (terms and conditions, code of conduct, registrants list, and passport photograph(s)) must be submitted for approval before September 30 (Please add our [email protected] to your contact list to prevent our correspondence from going to your spam folder). The deadline for the initial application is August 17.

To secure additional amenities, please refer to the “Additional Amenities Disclaimer” regarding deadlines for receipt for such requested items.

Welcome packets will be sent during the week of September 6th. Your welcome packet will include the location of the exclusive media space, the tentative summit itinerary, the loading time, conference passes, and all the information that you will need.
