Every year on Memorial Day weekend, gyms across the world participate in the workout named "Murph". This workout was created to honor the life of fallen Navy Seal, Michael Murphy, who died while serving in the Middle East. Ft. Ben has always participated in this workout and we'd like to use this year as a way to not only do the workout but bring our Ft Ben Fam together.
On Saturday May 25th, we will be hosting "Murph". You will have the chance to complete the workout every hour, on the hour from 7am until 11am. Each hour will be lead by one of our coaches.
We would like to extend an invitation to anyone and everyone that would like to participate in this workout. We will have MANY versions of the workout that will fit any ability level. Please start thinking about any friends or family that might be interested in "Murph" and extend an invite!
