Welcome to the 2024 Men's Mental Health & Wellness Conference: Not off the Rack - A Tailored Approach to Wellness! June is National Men's Health, a month dedicated to heightening the awareness of men's health problems, encouraging early detection and treatment, increasing and promoting the quality of life for men. It's important for men to have a space to share, process, learn and explore solutions on how to priortize their physical and mental health needs.

Join us on Fri May 31 2024 at Las Vegas City Hall for the 3rd Annual Kick-Off Reception, an evening dedicated to acknowledging men's health month and kicking off the following events:

June 1, 2024 : Not off the Rack - A Tailored Approach to Wellness: In-Person Conference. A day filled with insightful discussions, panels, workshops, and networking opportunities focusing on men's health and overall well-being. This event is all about breaking the stigma and identifying personalized solutions for improving, enhancing and promoting better physical and mental healthcare for men.

Guest speakers, workshop facilitators and panelist includes: Mental health specialist, medical providers including PCPs, nurses, and oncologist as well as holistic and spiritual leaders and additional experts!

June 8, 2024: A Day of Self-Care: From Awareness to Action. Conference attendees are invited to a self-care day. The services and activities provided are interactive & solution-focused by learning how to naturally activate the brain, heart, and gut feel-good chemicals and the connection between mental and physical health wellness.
