Our Junior Summer camp is scheduled for the weekend of July 26th ad 27th. Camp is a wonderful 24 hours of martial arts training. Open to ages 5-17 years old and all experience levels. Students may “camp out” on the mats with sleeping bags, or spend the night at home and come back in the morning. Camps starts Friday, July 26th at 4p.m. with games and IceBreakers followed by training and warmups. We wrap up Saturday July 27th at 4pm after a fun day of activities, skills, and drills.
All food is included: snacks, Supper, Breakfast, lunch and more snacks.
We train in a variety of activities during camp, from observation skill games, Self Defense, Grappling, Basic Sword, Nunchaku, Bow Staff, Leadership skill building, Ninja Trix, Sparring, Yoga, martial arts movie night, and mobility building games.
