Tour the homes at your own pace from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Join us at our Tea and Boutique at Fort Washington Country Club from 8:30am to 2:00pm. Enjoy light refreshments and Holiday shopping at our Boutique. Bid on our Silent auction featuring trips, gift baskets, and one-of-a-kind collectibles.
$80 per ticket
Enjoy priority entrance to the homes via an exclusive line dedicated to VIP ticket holders. Plus enjoy all the features of the Day Tour below.

EVENING PREVIEW - 12/5/2024Evening Preview Dinner and Tour (tickets on sale Oct. 15)

Evening Preview features early boutique shopping, champagne and cocktail reception with hors d'oeuvres, hosted bar, elegant dinner, and silent auction. Then prepare to visit our homes that are decked out in their holiday finest.
The event starts at 4:30pm at Fort Washington Country Club. Tour the homes from 6:30pm to 9:30pm via provided transportation. Tickets are also valid during Day Tour on Friday, December 6th for any homes you want to revisit.
