Speaker: Dr. Maria Cristina of Sheehan Health and Wellness is a health style advocate empowering those who wish to live life longer and healthier to achieve their goals. She went from college president serving 3 institutions over the course of 20 years to a winning fitness competitor, health coach, and trainer all after turning age 70. She was a novice to the health journey but found that you can turn things around at any age. Today she offers online health and fitness coaching and her destination retreats, for women only, focus on fitness and fun. She is a sought-after podcast guest, wellness workshop provider, and keynote speaker. She has also been featured on the local TV Show, Aging and Awesome.
