We look forward to seeing everyone at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center on November 9th, 7-11pm! Sponsor & Business Partner registration is between 6-7pm. Invitations are required to validate your parking prior to the event at the entrance doors. Each person must bring an unwrapped gift worth $55 or more to donate for the event. Parking will be towards the back at the Oscoela Parkway Convention Center area. Parking validation will lower the price from $30 to $10, and will be prepaid at the table for ease of leaving the event. Please make sure to have a valid form of identification as the resort does verify age for any purchase of alcohol. The resort is "cashless", so make sure to bring your credit or debit card for purchases. Formal dress attire is appropriate.
If you are unable to attend this event, but still want to show your support, we have gift drop-off locations where you can leave your unwrapped gift, and we will pick them up to distribute to families in need during this holiday season! The gift of Giving is truly special and we appreciate you so much! Here are our current drop-off locations:
