Mandatory Check-In and drinks drop off at Salthouse..
28+km runners..
- check in 4:30-4:45am at Salthouse
- start 5:00am
21km runners..
- check in 5:00-5:15am at Salthouse
- start 5:30am
10.5km runners..
- check in 5:30-5:45am at Salthouse
- start 6:00am
THIS IS A CUP-LESS EVENT..
BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS AND PLACE THEM INTO THE BOXES AT CHECK-IN
We will take one drink down to the northern end station adjacent to Tobruk Pool.
Your second drink will be outside the Salthouse.
We are also after 8-10 volunteers to help with marshalling, check-in and aid stations.
Free event.. or feel free to donate some coin to COUCH Cairns on the day.
