On Saturday, October 5th, Sequoia Real Estate will be hosting our annual InvestNow Conference, where we will be bringing experts from across the country to share about real estate investment strategies that work in their areas. Our goal is to help our community understand how real estate can provide an additional revenue stream and potentially even become a main source of income. With the right team in place and the proper education, we'll know how to identify the investments that fit their criteria.

Our speakers will cover short-term and mid-term rentals, and rehab projects along with advice on creative financing, potential liabilities and tax saving tips. This event will help people understand what's possible and will get them excited about the different ways of investing in real estate.
