International Women's Mountain Biking Day is a celebrated annually on the first Saturday in May. It's a day for riders who identify as women to gather, experience, and share their stoke for mountain biking!Join us at Epic Bikes May 4 at 8:30 am for a pre-ride bike check and light breakfast snacks, provided by Epic. We'll then roll out from the shop at 9:30 am to ride the Lake Overstreet singletrack and multi-use. As we pass by Forestmeadows, those interested in an intermediate-paced loop of Red Bug may split off. Everyone will regroup back at Epic and Momo's for lunch. Pizza will be provided by TMBA!
This is a no-drop ride! Our goal is to gather and fellowship as women and girls who love mountain biking!
DON'T FORGET: Lake Overstreet trails are within the Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park, which has a $2 bicycle day pass. If you do not have a Florida state park annual pass, you can either pay the $2 online at https://reserve.floridastateparks.org/Web/Memberships/CustomerMembershipPasses.aspx (select Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park from the drop-down menu) or in cash at one of the iron rangers that we will pass.
